Will not connect to Wifi

This has been on and off for a year and now the past 6 months I have not been able to get the Wifi connected. No matter what suggestions I try, the network settings states Wi-Fi is turned off. Turn it on to see the list of available networks... etc. The Wifi is fine and connection works on all my devices. I've tried everything apart from removing the back panel. Such a waste of money for the most basic thing I wanted from my smart TV.

WiFi Connectivity Issues

I bought this about 10 months ago. The first seven months, no issues. When the tv actually worked, I loved it. During the last two months, it kept disconnecting from the WiFi for no apparent reason. Everything else in the house was working well, but I decided to upgrade my internet speed, just in case. Didn't fix anything. This week, it stopped connecting altogether. It says to turn on the WiFi. Well, how?? I've unplugged it, I've restarted my router, turned off Quick Start, I've even reset the tv to factory settings. I finally got it to connect via WPS PIN, but it lasted less than 30 minutes before acting up again. Once again, I've lost ALL connectivity. So much for a smart tv. It's the only thing in the house that can't seem to figure out how to connect to the WiFi.

We purchased this tv in October 2017. At first, it was great. Good picture quality, great sound, connectivity with our wifi/roku was easy. However, approximately 7 months after we bought it, the image started solarizing--the colors would become inverted for several minutes and suddenly the image would be shades of neon pink and blue. We had a repair done because it was within warranty and everything went fine for another 6 months. Then, the solarizing started happening again. Unfortunately, at this point we were out of the factory warranty and the repair service's warranty was only 3 months so apparently we are just out of luck on getting this thing fixed without paying out of pocket. It's really a shame.

WiFi is a scam

I bought this product four months ago and the WiFi connects immediately u turn on the TV and disconnects few minutes later and it keeps saying wifi is turned off with no option of turning it off. Help is no helpful information on how to rectify this issue.
