TV WiFi Stopped Working After 1 Year

I bought this TV only 1.5 years ago and now it wont connect to WiFi.I was on hold with Tech Support for 30 mins only to have them ask me to hard reset the TV and change the location in the menu options. When that didn't work they said sorry the TV is broken and then disconnected. Do yourself a favor and by a better brand TV and save yourself the frustration.

I was stupid enough to buy this tv a little over year ago. Cannot get consistent streaming/wifi connection. A dvd, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, a Roku all work fine, but I and many others ( see youtube ) canÕt make this smart tv act smart. Will not repeat my stupidity and ever buy or recommend a LG tv or any other product LG is aware of the problem and does nothing.

Bought this TV back in December 2017. A couple months ago a line showed up on the bottom of the screen, contacted LG and couldnÕt do much for me but guide me to trouble shoot which didnÕt work. Even though it was just a little over a year since we bought it and missed the one year warranty by a couple months. Now the whole bottom is distorted and canÕt see the picture. Moved into our new place November 2016 and have all LG appliances and TVÕs in the living room and bedrooms. Too bad we couldnÕt get any help with this problem and now hoping the rest of our LG products doesnÕt clunk as fast as this one did. :(

I bought this yesterday after searching online to confirm that I would be able to access the HBO app, everthing online said I could get it through premium content. Got it home and it is not available. Tech support was no help. The picture was very dark no matter which option I chose. I could manually change the settings but as soon as I exited out of the menu it went dark again.I now have to go pack it back up and take it.back to the store to seek a refund. This was the worst buying experience for a TV. LG..shame on you for all the inconsistent information. Your tech support was not good at explaining any of these issues or.providing help to me as the consumer.
