Just have it a couple of weeks and love it. It works great

Serves the purpose. A little loud.

Already installed in the house we bought. Seems to work okay, just loud on higher speeds. Filter hard to remove for cleaning.

I recently bought the range hood from Best Buy. Great LED lighting over the cooktop and great exhaust with 3 speeds. Highly recommend.

I've had this a little over two years, and fan button #2 shot out about five feet. If I'd been a bit taller it would have hit me in the eye. I called to see about getting a replacement part, but ...there is nothing! My only option is to purchase an entire hood unit. The warranty is only good for a year, and then you need to spend about $250 to replace once tiny little button??? What a joke. Unfortunately, I'm in a new development and all houses come with this entry level equipment. I would definitely not recommend it, especially based on the fact that the company only stands behind the product for a year. No replacement. Also, it's impossible to take the front off to replace the button, if I even found one. So I'd have to pay for someone to repair it, about $100-$150.
